The Process

Getting Your Documents

Files can be picked up, dropped off, or delivered to our secure office. Alternatively, we can travel to your facility and scan on premise.

Scanning and Digitization

Our entrusted team will carefully scan each document and convert them into searchable digital files. Additional services like document prepping, indexing, and more can be done at this time.

Deliverable

Documents are delivered by cloud, usb, external drive, or other agreed upon deliverable method. Files are also returned to the client.

Shred (Optional)

Once files are scanned, delivered, and you’re satisfied with the digital copies, files can be shredded and discarded properly. Once it is all shredded, we send a certificate of destruction that guarantees your documents are protected.

Organize Your Files

Files should be placed in boxes, bins, rolls, etc. in the order you want them organized. 

Remove Any Obstructions

Remove staples, paper clips, rubber bands, and anything else that would keep the paper from going into the scanner smoothly. Small files like receipts should be taped behind the document before it to ensure the scans are done and saved in order.

Label Special Instructions

Provide notes for any documents that require specific attention or requirements.
